What to Expect After Booking
Learn what happens after you confirm your appointment.
Immediately After Booking
After clicking "Confirm Appointment," you'll see a confirmation screen with:
- ✅ Your 6-character confirmation code
- 📍 The pharmacy location and address
- 📅 Your appointment date and time
- 💉 The service(s) you booked
- ⚠️ Important reminders
Confirmation Email
Within minutes, you'll receive an email to the address you provided.
The email includes:
- Your confirmation code
- Appointment details (date, time, location)
- A link to manage your appointment
- A calendar invite (.ics file) attached
Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
SMS Confirmation
If you provided a phone number, you'll also receive a text message with:
- Your confirmation code
- Appointment date and time
- Pharmacy name
24 Hours Before Your Appointment
You'll receive a reminder:
- Email reminder - Sent 24 hours before
- SMS reminder - If you provided a phone number
The reminder includes:
- Appointment details
- What to bring
- A link to reschedule or cancel if needed
What to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring:
- ✅ Provincial health card
- ✅ Government-issued ID
- ✅ List of current medications (if applicable)
- ✅ Insurance card (if using private insurance)
For vaccinations, wear a short-sleeved shirt for easy access.
Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to:
- Check in at the pharmacy
- Complete any paperwork
- Be ready when your time slot begins
Managing Your Appointment
At any time before your appointment, you can:
- View details at /manage/YOUR-CODE
- Reschedule to a different time
- Cancel if you can't make it
