Finding Your Confirmation Code

Finding Your Confirmation Code Learn where to find your appointment confirmation code. What is a Confirmation Code? Your confirmation code is a 6-character code (e.g., GVHQNW) that identifies your appointment. You'll need this code to: - View your appointment details - Reschedule your appointment - Cancel your appointment Where to Find Your Code Your confirmation code can be found in several places: 1. Confirmation Screen Immediately after booking, your confirmation code is displayed prominently on the confirmation screen. Tip: Save this code right away - take a screenshot or write it down! 2. Confirmation Email A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided during booking. Subject line: "Your Walmart Pharmacy Appointment Confirmation - [CODE]" The email contains your full confirmation code and appointment details. 3. SMS Confirmation If you provided a phone number during booking, you'll receive a text message with your confirmation code. Lost Your Confirmation Code? If you can't find your confirmation code: 1. Check your email inbox - Search for "Walmart Pharmacy Confirmation" 2. Check your spam folder - The email may have been filtered 3. Check your text messages - Look for SMS from Walmart Pharmacy 4. How to Reschedule Follow these steps to reschedule your appointment: Step 1: Access Your Appointment Go to the manage appointment page: https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/YOUR-CODE Replace YOUR-CODE with your 6-character confirmation code. Example: https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/GVHQNW Step 2: Click Reschedule On the appointment details page: 1. Review your current appointment details 2. Click the "Reschedule" button Step 3: Select a New Date 1. Use the calendar to browse available dates 2. Navigate between months using the arrows 3. Click on a new date to see available times Step 4: Choose a New Time 1. View the available time slots for your selected date 2. Click on an available time slot to select it Step 5: Confirm the Change 1. Review your new appointment date and time 2. Click "Confirm" to complete the reschedule After Rescheduling You will receive: - ✅ A confirmation email with your new appointment details - ✅ An SMS confirmation (if phone number was provided) - 🗑️ Your old appointment time will be cancelled automatically Note: Your confirmation code stays the same after rescheduling. How to Cancel Follow these steps to cancel your appointment: Step 1: Access Your Appointment Go to the manage appointment page: https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/YOUR-CODE Replace YOUR-CODE with your 6-character confirmation code. Example: https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/GVHQNW Step 2: Click Cancel On the appointment details page: 1. Review your current appointment details 2. Click the "Cancel Appointment" button Step 3: Confirm Cancellation 1. You'll be asked to confirm the cancellation 2. Click "Yes, Cancel" to proceed 3. Your appointment will be cancelled immediately After Cancelling You will receive: - ✅ A cancellation confirmation email - ✅ An SMS confirmation (if phone number was provided) The cancelled time slot will become available for other patients. Cancellation Policy - No fees - Cancellation is always free - Cancel anytime - You can cancel up until your appointment time - No penalties - There's no penalty for cancelling Note: Repeated no-shows (not cancelling and not attending) may affect your ability to book at some pharmacies. Immediately After Booking After clicking "Confirm Appointment," you'll see a confirmation screen with: - ✅ Your 6-character confirmation code - 📍 The pharmacy location and address - 📅 Your appointment date and time - 💉 The service(s) you booked - ⚠️ Important reminders Confirmation Email Within minutes, you'll receive an email to the address you provided. The email includes: - Your confirmation code - Appointment details (date, time, location) - A link to manage your appointment - A calendar invite (.ics file) attached Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the email. SMS Confirmation If you provided a phone number, you'll also receive a text message with: - Your confirmation code - Appointment date and time - Pharmacy name 24 Hours Before Your Appointment You'll receive a reminder: - Email reminder - Sent 24 hours before - SMS reminder - If you provided a phone number The reminder includes: - Appointment details - What to bring - A link to reschedule or cancel if needed What to Bring to Your Appointment Please bring: - ✅ Provincial health card - ✅ Government-issued ID - ✅ List of current medications (if applicable) - ✅ Insurance card (if using private insurance) For vaccinations, wear a short-sleeved shirt for easy access.
