Rescheduling an Appointment

Learn how to change the date or time of your appointment.


How to Reschedule

Follow these steps to reschedule your appointment:


Step 1: Access Your Appointment

Go to the manage appointment page:

https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/YOUR-CODE

Replace YOUR-CODE with your 6-character confirmation code.

Example: https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/GVHQNW


Step 2: Click Reschedule

On the appointment details page:

  1. Review your current appointment details

  2. Click the "Reschedule" button


Step 3: Select a New Date

  1. Use the calendar to browse available dates

  2. Navigate between months using the arrows

  3. Click on a new date to see available times


Step 4: Choose a New Time

  1. View the available time slots for your selected date

  2. Click on an available time slot to select it


Step 5: Confirm the Change

  1. Review your new appointment date and time

  2. Click "Confirm" to complete the reschedule


After Rescheduling

You will receive:

  • ✅ A confirmation email with your new appointment details

  • ✅ An SMS confirmation (if phone number was provided)

  • 🗑️ Your old appointment time will be cancelled automatically

Note: Your confirmation code stays the same after rescheduling.


Rescheduling Tips

  • Book soon - Popular times fill up quickly

  • Check availability - Not all times may be available

  • Same pharmacy - Rescheduling keeps the same location
