Cancelling an Appointment

Learn how to cancel your upcoming appointment.


How to Cancel

Follow these steps to cancel your appointment:


Step 1: Access Your Appointment

Go to the manage appointment page:

https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/YOUR-CODE

Replace YOUR-CODE with your 6-character confirmation code.

Example: https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/manage/GVHQNW


Step 2: Click Cancel

On the appointment details page:

  1. Review your current appointment details

  2. Click the "Cancel Appointment" button


Step 3: Confirm Cancellation

  1. You'll be asked to confirm the cancellation

  2. Click "Yes, Cancel" to proceed

  3. Your appointment will be cancelled immediately


After Cancelling

You will receive:

  • ✅ A cancellation confirmation email

  • ✅ An SMS confirmation (if phone number was provided)

The cancelled time slot will become available for other patients.


Cancellation Policy

  • No fees - Cancellation is always free

  • Cancel anytime - You can cancel up until your appointment time

  • No penalties - There's no penalty for cancelling

Note: Repeated no-shows (not cancelling and not attending) may affect your ability to book at some pharmacies.


Need to Book Again?

After cancelling, you can book a new appointment:

  1. Visit https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca

  2. Select your service

  3. Choose a new location and time


Cancelled by Mistake?

If you cancelled by accident:

  1. Visit the booking portal

  2. Book a new appointment

  3. Your previous confirmation code will no longer work
