How to Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails in two ways:
Option 1: Click the Unsubscribe Link
- Open any marketing email from Walmart Pharmacy
- Scroll to the bottom of the email
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Visit the Unsubscribe Page
- Go to:
https://walmarthealth.phoxbook.ca/unsubscribe - Enter your email address
- Click "Unsubscribe"
- You'll receive a confirmation
What Happens After Unsubscribing
After unsubscribing, you'll stop receiving:
- ❌ Marketing emails
- ❌ Promotional offers
- ❌ Newsletters
Emails You'll Still Receive
Even after unsubscribing, you'll continue to receive:
- ✅ Appointment confirmations - When you book
- ✅ Appointment reminders - 24 hours before your appointment
- ✅ Cancellation notices - If your appointment is cancelled
- ✅ Important health notices - Critical health information
Why? These emails are essential for your healthcare and cannot be unsubscribed. They're required for appointment management and patient safety.
Re-Subscribing
Changed your mind? You can re-subscribe:
- Contact the pharmacy
- Or visit the preferences page (if available in your email)
SMS Messages
To stop receiving SMS messages:
- Reply STOP to any SMS we send
- Or contact the pharmacy directly
Note: You'll still receive essential appointment-related texts.
Having Trouble?
If you're still receiving unwanted emails after unsubscribing:
- Wait 24-48 hours for the change to take effect
- Check if the emails are transactional (confirmations/reminders)
- Contact support if issues persist
