Confirming Your Booking

Learn how to review and confirm your appointment.


The Review Screen

Before your booking is complete, you'll see a summary of all details:

What to Review

Appointment Details:

  • ✅ Pharmacy location and address
  • ✅ Date and time of appointment
  • ✅ Service(s) selected

Patient Information:

  • ✅ Name, date of birth, and gender for each person
  • ✅ Contact email and phone number

Making Changes

If anything is incorrect:

  1. Click the "Edit" button next to the section you want to change
  2. Make your corrections
  3. Return to the review screen

Privacy Consent (Required)

Before confirming, you must accept the Privacy Notice:

  1. Read the privacy notice (click the link to view full details)
  2. Check the checkbox to accept
  3. This is required to complete your booking

Confirming Your Appointment

When everything looks correct:

  1. Make sure the privacy consent box is checked
  2. Click "Confirm Appointment"
  3. Wait for the confirmation screen to appear

Important: Don't click the button multiple times - wait for the page to respond.


Confirmation Screen

After confirming, you'll see:

Confirmation

What you'll receive:

  • Confirmation Number - A 6-character code (save this!)
  • Appointment Details - Date, time, and location
  • Next Steps - What to bring to your appointment

After Booking

You will receive:

  1. Confirmation Email - Sent immediately to your email
  2. SMS Confirmation - If you provided a phone number
  3. Reminder - 24 hours before your appointment

Available Actions After Booking

From the confirmation screen, you can:

  • Add to Calendar - Download a calendar invite (.ics file)
  • Book Another Appointment - Start a new booking
  • Print - Print your confirmation details
