Learn how to review and confirm your appointment.
The Review Screen
Before your booking is complete, you'll see a summary of all details:

What to Review
Appointment Details:
- ✅ Pharmacy location and address
- ✅ Date and time of appointment
- ✅ Service(s) selected
Patient Information:
- ✅ Name, date of birth, and gender for each person
- ✅ Contact email and phone number
Making Changes
If anything is incorrect:
- Click the "Edit" button next to the section you want to change
- Make your corrections
- Return to the review screen
Privacy Consent (Required)
Before confirming, you must accept the Privacy Notice:
- Read the privacy notice (click the link to view full details)
- Check the checkbox to accept
- This is required to complete your booking
Confirming Your Appointment
When everything looks correct:
- Make sure the privacy consent box is checked
- Click "Confirm Appointment"
- Wait for the confirmation screen to appear
Important: Don't click the button multiple times - wait for the page to respond.
Confirmation Screen
After confirming, you'll see:

What you'll receive:
- ✅ Confirmation Number - A 6-character code (save this!)
- ✅ Appointment Details - Date, time, and location
- ✅ Next Steps - What to bring to your appointment
After Booking
You will receive:
- Confirmation Email - Sent immediately to your email
- SMS Confirmation - If you provided a phone number
- Reminder - 24 hours before your appointment
Available Actions After Booking
From the confirmation screen, you can:
- Add to Calendar - Download a calendar invite (.ics file)
- Book Another Appointment - Start a new booking
- Print - Print your confirmation details
