Choosing Date and Time

Learn how to select your appointment date and time.

The Scheduling Screen

After selecting a pharmacy, the scheduling panel appears:

Step 1: Select a Date

Using the Calendar:

1. View the calendar showing available dates
2. Available dates are highlighted and clickable
3. Unavailable dates appear grayed out
4. Use the < and > arrows to navigate between months
5. Click on a date to see available time slots

Step 2: Choose a Time Slot

Understanding Time Slots:

• Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute slots
• Colored/green slots are available
• Gray slots are already booked or unavailable

To select a time:

1. View the time slot grid for your selected date
2. Click on an available time slot to select it
3. The selected slot will be highlighted

Step 3: Continue

Once you've selected your date and time:

1. Review your selected appointment time
2. Click "Continue to Information" to proceed
3. You'll enter patient information on the next screen

Tips for Choosing Your Time

• Book early - Popular times fill up quickly
• Check different dates - More options may be available on other days
• Consider filters - Use "Weekdays After 5PM" or "Weekend" filters when searching for pharmacies if you need specific times

No Available Times?

If you don't see any available times:

1. Try a different date - Navigate to another day or week
2. Try another pharmacy - Go back and select a different location
3. Join the waitlist - You'll be notified when slots open up
