Learn how to select your appointment date and time.
The Scheduling Screen
After selecting a pharmacy, the scheduling panel appears:

Step 1: Select a Date
Using the Calendar:
- View the calendar showing available dates
- Available dates are highlighted and clickable
- Unavailable dates appear grayed out
- Use the < and > arrows to navigate between months
- Click on a date to see available time slots
Step 2: Choose a Time Slot
Understanding Time Slots:
- Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute slots
- Colored/green slots are available
- Gray slots are already booked or unavailable
To select a time:
- View the time slot grid for your selected date
- Click on an available time slot to select it
- The selected slot will be highlighted
Step 3: Continue
Once you've selected your date and time:
- Review your selected appointment time
- Click "Continue to Information" to proceed
- You'll enter patient information on the next screen
Tips for Choosing Your Time
- Book early - Popular times fill up quickly
- Check different dates - More options may be available on other days
- Consider filters - Use "Weekdays After 5PM" or "Weekend" filters when searching for pharmacies if you need specific times
No Available Times?
If you don't see any available times:
- Try a different date - Navigate to another day or week
- Try another pharmacy - Go back and select a different location
- Join the waitlist - You'll be notified when slots open up
