Do I Need a Health Card?
For most services, yes - you'll need to bring your provincial health card.
Your health card is used to:
- Verify your eligibility for provincially-funded services
- Bill services to the provincial health plan
- Create or update your pharmacy records
What to Bring
Please bring to your appointment:
- ✅ Provincial health card (OHIP, BCID, etc.)
- ✅ Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport)
Both are typically required to confirm your identity.
Which Health Cards Are Accepted?
Accepted cards include:
- Ontario - OHIP card
- British Columbia - BC Services Card

What If I Don't Have a Health Card?
