Managing Your Appointment Without an Account
Your confirmation code acts as your "key" to your appointment:
- Use it to view, reschedule, or cancel

/manage/YOUR-CODE - Keep it saved in your email or take a screenshot
What Information Do I Need to Provide?
When booking, you'll enter:
- Patient name (first and last)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Email address (for confirmation)
- Phone number (optional, for SMS reminders)
Will My Information Be Saved?
Your booking information is saved by the pharmacy for:
- Managing your appointment
- Sending confirmations and reminders
- Medical record-keeping (as required by law)
You'll need to enter your information each time you book a new appointment.
