How You'll Be Notified
When an appointment slot opens, you'll receive notifications via:

📧 Email - To the email address you provided

📱 SMS - If you provided a phone number
Email Notification
Subject: "An Appointment Slot is Available! - Book Now"
The email includes:

The available service
-
Date and time
-
Pharmacy location
-
A link to book the slot
SMS Notification
A text message with:

Available date and time
-
Pharmacy name
-
A direct link to book
Important: Time Limit
⚠️ Waitlist slots are time-sensitive!

The booking link expires in 2 hours

Other patients may also be notified

Slots are first-come, first-served
Act quickly when you receive a notification!
If the Time Doesn't Work
If the available slot doesn't work for you:

You don't need to do anything

You'll remain on the waitlist for future openings

You'll be notified again when another slot opens
Missed the Notification?
If you missed the 2-hour window:

The slot may have been booked by someone else
-
You're still on the waitlist
-
Watch for future notifications
