Browser Requirements

Make sure your browser is compatible with the booking portal.


Supported Browsers

For the best experience, use the latest version of:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Apple Safari

  • Microsoft Edge


Required Settings

Please ensure the following settings are enabled:

JavaScript

  • JavaScript must be enabled for the booking system to function

  • Most browsers have this enabled by default

Cookies

  • Cookies must be enabled to save your booking progress

  • Session cookies are used to remember your selections

Pop-ups


Mobile Devices

The portal works on mobile devices using:

  • iPhone/iPad - Safari or Chrome

  • Android - Chrome or Firefox

For the best mobile experience:

  • Use your device in portrait or landscape mode

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection


Troubleshooting

If you're having issues:

  1. Update your browser to the latest version

  2. Clear your cache - Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data

  3. Disable extensions - Ad blockers can sometimes interfere

  4. Try a different browser - Switch to Chrome if having issues
